When we finish your vehicle repair, we will always show you the part(s) that were replaced, explain the part’s purpose, and how the part(s) likely failed.  You will always be welcome to take your old part(s) with you (re-manufactured parts will require a core charge if we do not return it to the manufacture- industry standard).  In the event that you utilize your old part for abstract art, we only ask that you send us pictures!
